Information we collect

Call requests: your name, title, company, work email, optional phone, role, who would sign an engagement, and any optional answers you give, including franchise category, unit counts, openings, closures, units past deadline, real estate approach, site approval time, what stuck units are waiting on, your biggest frustration, an optional FDD Item 20 upload or link, and the backlog figures calculated from your answers. Partner applications: company and contact details, services, states and metros served, license details, timelines and fees, project experience, the names and contact details of the client references you provide, optional uploaded files such as a certificate of insurance or fee schedule, and your agreement answers. We also record submission dates and campaign information from the page URL.

References

If you list someone as a reference, please make sure they agree to be contacted. We use their details only to check your reference.

How we use your information

To respond to your request, prepare and schedule your call, review partner applications, contact references, and send you the confirmation or resume-link emails you request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other brands or partners without your permission.

Storage and service providers

Submissions and uploaded files are stored in Lovable Cloud with restricted access. Uploaded files are shared with SNOman only through time-limited links. Lovable Cloud email sends notifications to SNOman and confirmations to you. These providers process information only to provide their services.

Calculator and analytics

The calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are not saved or sent while you use it. Google Analytics, when configured, loads only after you accept analytics cookies. You may decline analytics without affecting the form or calculator.

Retention

We keep submissions only as long as needed to respond, evaluate a fit or partnership, and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
